Our Company was declared as “Nidhi” under Sec 620 A of Companies Act 1956 vide Govt of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification No:37/30/94-CL-III dated 17th August 1994.
The Company was promoted by a Group of enterprising business people for meeting credit needs of the small traders and other business community.
